I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience with Lensmart! I recently ordered prescription glasses from them, and their customer service team went above and beyond to ensure that my glasses were made perfectly. Before manufacturing, they reached out to me via email to confirm my pupillary distance (PD), which wasn't specified on my prescription. Although I took a bit longer than expected to respond, they still accommodated my needs and re-processed my glasses once I provided the necessary information.
The glasses themselves are fantastic - clear vision, lightweight, and the frame is perfect! I'm so grateful for the quality and attention to detail that Lensmart brings to their products.
What truly impressed me, however, was their commitment to getting it right. Despite the initial delay on my part, they took the time to re-process my glasses to ensure that they met their high standards. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
